Chia seed flour, is made from grinding pure white chia seeds into flour for baking, or used raw for it's thickening properties.
De-fatted Chia flour, has had the majority of oil extracted, but retains the binding properties chia is renowned for. Making it an excellent high-protein, low carb, grain free flour for use in a variety of applications.
