Quinoa Flour
Quinoa, the "mother grain," is an extremely nutritious seed and known superfood.
It has an extremely high protein value (12-18%) and the protein it supplies is complete protein, containing all nine essential amino acids.
It's high protein content gives it a much higher nutritional content than wheat. Quinoa is easy to digest and naturally contains no gluten. It is also a good source of dietary fibre, phosphorous, magnesium, and iron. It is a great substitute for any recipes that include oats such as porridge and bircher.
