Gluten-Free Flour Mix Recipes
Basic Wheat-Free, Gluten-Free Flour Mix:
- 1 cup sorghum flour
- 1 cup potato starch (or another starch blend)
- 1/3 to 1/2 cup blanched almond meal or hazelnut meal
- 1 teaspoon guar gum
Self-Raising Wheat-Free, Gluten-Free Flour Mix:
- 1 cup of the basic gluten-free flour mix (above)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons gluten-free baking powder
- 1 teaspoon bicarbonate soda
- 1/2 teaspoon pink Himalayan salt or natural rock salt
