Sorghum Seeds Red
A powerhouse of nutrition, sorghum has for centuries been one of the most important staple foods for millions of rural people in the semiarid tropics of Asia and Africa. In many regions of the world, sorghum remains a principal source of energy, protein, vitamins and minerals.
Red Sorghum seed has a very hard external shell, and is often used in whole-grain or multi-grain breads and or grain mixes.
It's also a wonderful option for mediterranean style salads, with a nutty taste and similar texture to brown rice when cooked.
