Ingredients

1 tsp Organic Matcha Powder

1 tbsp Pea Protein Isolate (unflavoured) or vanilla protein powder

2 tbsp Chia Seeds Organic

250 ml almond milk or coconut milk

1 tsp maple syrup or coconut nectar

½ tsp vanilla extract
Method

In a bowl or jar, whisk the matcha powder with a small amount of milk until smooth.

Add the pea protein and whisk again to ensure the powder is fully dissolved.

Stir in chia seeds, remaining milk, maple syrup and vanilla.

Refrigerate for 2–4 hours or overnight, stirring once after 10 minutes to prevent clumping.
