Shipping policy

We are a registered Australian Business offering consumable products and services within Australia as a wholesale supplier.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser, as determined by their location. 

In some cases purchases may be eligible for subsidised, discounted, or 'free' freight offers to certain areas. We reserve the right to refund an order which falls outside of these eligibility guidelines or is deemed unviable for us to service due to location.

Due to the bulk nature of our freight, we reserve the right to refuse service to some remote, regional, or overseas purchasers, as may become unviable for us to offer shipping solutions.

Disclaimer: The rates provided are applicable for commercial areas only, and additional charges may be incurred for residential areas.

PO Boxes
Unfortunately many of our bulk items above 5kg, are outside the range limits for Australia Post and may not be possible to ship above 5kg. However, we can now ship to parcel lockers for orders under 5kg*.

Please provide an alternative address in the note section for us to check if it is accessible for the courier.
