Refund policy
Due to Australian food safety regulations and internal quality assurance, we unfortunately cannot return food items or perishable goods. This also enables us to adhere to our strict HACCP standards, and our zero cross contamination policy for the safety of all our consumers.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item has been compromised or you have received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
